Deborah Foundation Apartments
The Deborah Foundation Apartments project is a collaborative effort between the Deborah Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on improving the lives of Ethiopian youth with intellectual disabilities, and a team of dedicated professionals in the construction industry. The project aims to provide comfortable and affordable housing for the community while supporting the Foundation’s mission through the creation of a sustainable source of funding.

Project Components
The site for the Deborah Foundation Apartments is conveniently located, with roads on three sides and a slightly sloped terrain at the rear boundary, as indicated on the city map. The development is surrounded by other mixed-use buildings and an office complex ranging in height from G+9 to G+12. The proposed building will rise to B+G+23, creating an iconic addition to the surrounding skyline.

Project Components
The building will consist of a basement with parking spaces for 10 vehicles, utilities, and technical rooms. The ground floor will feature administrative offices, a security office, and additional parking for 10 vehicles. The first through sixth floors will be dedicated to parking, providing ample space for residents and guests.
The residential portion of the building will comprise 14 floors of mixed-use units. The layout and design of the units will cater to the needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities, providing them with a comfortable living space and access to all necessary amenities. The Deborah Foundation Apartments will be a shining example of what can be achieved through collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to improving the lives of those in the community.
